Cookies store small amounts of information on your device. Pixels, scripts and local storage can also collect or access information about your visit. Current position: the analytics and advertising services described below are enabled, but Telenivo does not yet provide a consent banner or an on-site preference centre. They may therefore run before you have made a choice. This notice is disclosure, not a request for consent; continuing to browse does not constitute consent.
Technologies used and their purposes
Core website functions use session and anti-forgery cookies to maintain requests, protect forms and support employee authentication. Authorised employees may also use a remembered-login cookie and locally stored dashboard preferences. Only storage or access strictly necessary for a service you request is exempt from prior consent; a technology is not exempt simply because it helps us operate our business. Cloudflare supplies website delivery and security and may use security cookies depending on the features applied to a request. Google Analytics measures visits and interactions. Microsoft Clarity provides behavioural analysis, including heatmaps and session replay. Google AdSense serves and measures advertising. Meta/Facebook Pixel and TikTok Pixel measure advertising conversions and support audience building and personalised advertising. These providers may receive online identifiers, device and browser information, page addresses and interaction events, and may link activity across visits or with information on their platforms. Analytics, replay and advertising technologies are non-essential and require prior consent where applicable. Third-party video hosts also receive connection information when their files or players load. A YouTube player, where used, can connect to Google before playback starts; pressing Play is not a general consent to advertising or other unrelated tracking. See the Privacy policy for recipients, international processing and your rights.
Lifetimes, controls and contacting us
Session cookies expire after their configured lifetime; the application’s standard session and anti-forgery cookie lifetime is approximately two hours and can refresh with activity. Employee remembered-login cookies persist longer, and dashboard local storage remains until cleared. Provider examples include Google Analytics _ga and _ga_<id> cookies, with a standard two-year lifetime that configuration or browser restrictions can shorten; Microsoft Clarity _clck and _clsk identifiers, used to recognise browsers and connect page activity into sessions; Google advertising cookies such as IDE and _gads; Meta Pixel identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc; and TikTok identifiers such as _ttp and ttcsid_, for which TikTok publishes a 13-month period from last use. These are provider examples, not a verified inventory of every cookie on this website. Names, actual expiry times and availability vary by implementation, browser, region and provider settings. Device-cookie expiry does not itself delete data already held by a provider. You can inspect, block or delete cookies and site storage through your browser, and manage advertising preferences through your Google, Microsoft, Meta or TikTok account where offered. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking storage may affect forms, sign-in or video functionality, and does not necessarily stop scripts or all data transmission. These browser and provider options do not replace our obligation to obtain any required prior consent. Because there is currently no on-site consent control, there is also no on-site withdrawal switch. For privacy requests, objections or questions about a specific technology, email [email protected]. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We will revise this notice when the technologies or controls change.
