Prisify Limited is the controller responsible for personal data processed through Telenivo. This notice covers visitors, people who contact us and authorised employee access. Information we use, why we use it and who receives it

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, subject, message and any information you choose to include. Providing these details is voluntary, but we need a reply address and enough information to answer your enquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information. Our server and security systems process connection information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps and errors. Sessions and security tokens support website functionality and protect forms; employee access additionally uses account details and authentication records. Our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, operating the service and preventing abuse support this necessary processing, subject to your rights. Legal obligations may require us to retain or disclose particular records. Google Analytics measures website activity; Microsoft Clarity analyses interactions through features such as heatmaps and session replay; Google AdSense serves and measures advertising; Meta/Facebook Pixel and TikTok Pixel measure campaigns and support advertising audiences and personalisation. These services can receive identifiers, device information, page visits and interaction events and may associate them with information held on their platforms. Non-essential tracking requires prior consent where applicable. The site currently has no consent banner; see our Cookie policy for this limitation. Browsing is not consent. Our rented server is hosted by Hetzner in Helsinki, Finland. We use Cloudflare for website delivery and security, and Google Gmail for correspondence at the address above. Video files or embedded players can also send connection and playback information to the video host; current externally hosted files are served through ChatGPT Sites, and a page may use another provider such as YouTube. Authorised employees, relevant service providers and advisers may receive data as needed for their work; disclosures to authorities occur where legally required. Providers may also process information for their own purposes under their privacy notices.

Retention, international processing and your rights

Our retention period for ordinary contact enquiries is 12 months after resolution, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention. Contact delivery uses a queue and email; related messages, failed delivery records and backup copies may also contain enquiry data. Technical and security records are retained according to their operational purpose, incident-investigation needs and applicable legal requirements. Cookie lifetimes are described separately and are not the same as server-side data retention. Analytics and advertising retention depends on each service and its configuration; contact us for information about a specific record or provider. Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok and video providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Hosting in Finland does not mean that all processing remains in the EEA. Contact us for information about a particular transfer and the applicable safeguards. You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where the legal conditions apply. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on it; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Requests are subject to applicable conditions and exemptions. Email [email protected]; we may reasonably verify your identity and will normally respond within one month, explaining any lawful extension. You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie or another competent supervisory authority, without first contacting us. Advertising tools may infer interests and select advertisements, but Telenivo does not use them to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review it. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, although no online service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this notice when practices change and show the revision date above.
